Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have heart failure with a weak pump (HFrEF).
- You had a special pacemaker called a biventricular pacemaker (CRT).
- One of the leads in a vein on the back of your heart (coronary sinus) stopped working and was replaced with a lead placed either on the heart's surface or deeper in the heart's own wiring.
- Your CRT pacemaker is still helping your symptoms and survival.
