Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your heart's pumping ability is moderately to severely reduced (LVEF 35% or less, or 40% or less if you have a heart block).
- You have symptoms of heart failure (NYHA class II to IV, but class IV only if you are not hospitalized).
- You are on the best possible medications for your heart failure.
- You have a specific type of electrical delay in your heart (left bundle branch block or similar) OR you already have a pacemaker that is pacing your right lower chamber a lot (more than 40% of the time) OR you need a pacemaker for a complete heart block.
