  • You are 18 or older
  • You are registered with French Social Security
  • This is your first stay in the ICU
  • You will be in the surgical ICU at Lille University Hospital for at least 3 days
  • You are getting nutrition through a feeding tube or IV (not just sips or small amounts)
  • You or your family member has agreed to join the study
