Hiltonol injection for prostate cancer on active surveillance

Prostate Cancer Patients on Active Surveillance

Who can take part

  • You must have low-grade prostate cancer (Gleason 3+3 or 3+4) and be a candidate for active surveillance.
  • You must be willing to have an injection of the study drug directly into your prostate tumor.
  • You must not have had any prior cancer treatment for prostate cancer (like surgery, radiation, or hormone therapy).
  • You must not have active infections or conditions that increase the risk of infection from the injection.
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell function as shown by lab tests.
