Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with early-stage (low or intermediate-risk) prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy
  • Currently on active surveillance (not yet treated with surgery, radiation, or hormone therapy)
  • Have stored tumor tissue samples from your biopsy (3–24 months old)
  • PSA blood level below 20 ng/mL (or below 10 if on certain prostate medications)
  • Good organ function shown by blood tests and normal kidney/liver function
  • Willing to use birth control during and 1 month after the vaccine series
