Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of primary myelofibrosis, or myelofibrosis after polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia.
- Your disease is considered intermediate-2 or high-risk, with 10% or fewer blasts in your blood or bone marrow.
- Your spleen is enlarged to at least 450 cm³ (measured by imaging).
- You have a total symptom score of 10 or more on the MFSAF questionnaire, or you have at least 2 symptoms with scores of 3 or higher.
- You have tried at least one type I JAK2 inhibitor (like ruxolitinib) and it either did not work or stopped working.
