  • You are scheduled for any type of surgery under general anesthesia.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can speak English or French.
  • You do not have an allergy or medical condition that prevents using the standard anesthesia plan for this study.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35.
  • Your doctor does not expect any problems with your breathing tube or mask during anesthesia.
