Enavogliflozin for heart failure with preserved pumping ability

Heart Failure, Preserved Ejection Fraction

Treatments studied

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a new medication called enavogliflozin (an SGLT2 inhibitor) to see if it helps people with a specific type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is stiff. You may be able to join if you have stable heart failure, are not on another SGLT2 inhibitor, and have good kidney function.

Enavogliflozin after TAVR for heart narrowing with mild heart weakness

This trial tests enavogliflozin (a diabetes medication that may help the heart) in people who have had a TAVR procedure for severe aortic stenosis. It looks at whether the medicine can improve outcomes for people with symptoms and mildly reduced or preserved pumping function.

Testing empagliflozin for heart stiffness in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

This study tests whether a diabetes drug (empagliflozin) can improve the heart's ability to relax and fill with blood in people with non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a type of heart muscle thickening. You may be able to join if you have this condition and are not currently taking an SGLT2 inhibitor.

Study of enavogliflozin to prevent atrial fibrillation return after heart ablation

This trial tests if enavogliflozin, a diabetes drug, can help prevent atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) from coming back after a catheter ablation procedure in people with heart failure. If you've recently had or are planning this procedure, this study may offer a new way to keep your heart rhythm steady.
