Who can take part
- You are 19 or older.
- You have heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) — your heart pumps normally but is stiff.
- You have not been hospitalized for heart failure in the last 30 days and your condition is stable.
- You are not taking or have not recently taken an SGLT2 inhibitor (like Jardiance, Farxiga, or Invokana).
- Your kidney function is good (eGFR 60 or higher).
