Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with dry age-related macular degeneration (dry AMD) by your eye doctor.
  • You are able to understand and follow study instructions and have signed a consent form.
  • You do not have or have ever had the 'wet' form of AMD or other eye conditions with fluid buildup.
  • You are not using any medications or products that make your skin or eyes sensitive to light (like certain creams or injections) within 30 days before treatment, unless your doctor says it's okay.
  • You are not sensitive to yellow, red, or near-infrared light, and have no history of light-triggered conditions like seizures or migraines.
