Who can take part

  • You must have triple negative breast cancer (meaning your tumor does not have HER2, estrogen, or progesterone receptors) that has spread or is locally advanced.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer.
  • You need to be able to perform daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts must be in a good range based on tests within the last 2 weeks.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must agree to avoid pregnancy or use effective birth control during the study.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
