Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You have a type of advanced solid tumor that is HPV-16 positive and you carry the HLA-A*02:01 immune marker.
- You have tried standard treatments (like chemo or targeted therapy) and they either stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't tolerate.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1) and your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured by a scan (CT or MRI).
- You are not pregnant, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
