Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have severe nasal polyps that did not get better with medication, and you are having surgery (ethmoidectomy) for the first time.
  • You have not taken any biologic drugs (like Dupixent, Xolair, Nucala, or Fasenra) in the past or currently.
  • You have not taken oral steroids (like prednisone) in the 4 weeks before surgery.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
