  • Your tumor must have a high number of genetic mutations (TMB-H) confirmed by a specific test.
  • Your cancer must be advanced (spread to other parts of the body) and measurable on scans.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample for central testing.
  • You should be relatively active (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have completed any recent cancer treatments at least 4 weeks before starting the study drug.
  • You must have adequate organ function (blood, liver, kidneys) and be 18 years or older.
