Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed advanced solid tumor that has worsened after standard treatments.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your daily activity level must be good (able to do light work).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must have a tumor that can be safely biopsied (a small sample taken).
  • Your blood counts and organ function must be adequate as shown by blood tests.
