Predicting complications after esophageal cancer treatment

The Aim of This Project is to Develop and Validate NTCP-models for Complications After nCRT (and Surgical Resection)

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed or suspected esophageal cancer tumor (not a rare type like sarcoma or neuroendocrine).
  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your cancer has not spread to distant organs (no stage IV).
  • You have a good performance status (able to care for yourself, up and about at least half the day).
  • You were treated with chemotherapy and radiation (nCRT) and then had surgery to remove your esophagus between 2015 and 2021 at one of the study centers.
