Who can take part
- You are 60 to 85 years old.
- You have a support person who can take you home after the dosing session.
- You are not currently taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, or mood stabilizers.
- You have no history of psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, or severe heart problems.
- You are able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants, pacemaker, or severe claustrophobia).
- You agree to limit alcohol, cannabis, and other recreational drugs for 48 hours before and after the study drug.
