- Be at least 21 years old when you sign consent
- Be able to take capsules and attend all study visits and testing
- If you can get pregnant, use effective birth control during the whole study
- Have a support person who can take you home (or to a safe place) after dosing
- Agree to tell the team about new medical problems within 48 hours
- Be able to follow a strict 48-hour before/after plan for alcohol, drugs, and certain medicines
