Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 85 years old
  • Your overall well-being is lower than average (as measured by a short questionnaire)
  • You have no memory or thinking problems (like dementia)
  • You have a friend or family member who can be contacted and pick you up after the dosing visit
  • You agree to use birth control if needed (for 3 months after the dosing visit)
  • You can swallow capsules and are comfortable with MRI scans
