  • You are 30 years old or older.
  • You speak English.
  • Your job requires you to sit for at least 90% of the work day.
  • You do not currently take regular activity breaks at work.
  • You do not have any health condition that makes physical activity unsafe for you.
  • You are not already in another worksite physical activity program.
