- You are not currently doing regular exercise (less than 150 minutes per week) and take fewer than 5000 steps daily.
- Your BMI is between 25 and 29.9 (overweight range).
- If you are female, you have regular periods.
- You have a doctor's approval to participate.
- You are not taking any medication or supplement that affects your metabolism.
- You do not use tobacco.
- You do not have three or more signs of metabolic syndrome.
