Who can take part

  • You are not currently doing regular exercise (less than 150 minutes per week) and take fewer than 5000 steps daily.
  • Your BMI is between 25 and 29.9 (overweight range).
  • If you are female, you have regular periods.
  • You have a doctor's approval to participate.
  • You are not taking any medication or supplement that affects your metabolism.
  • You do not use tobacco.
  • You do not have three or more signs of metabolic syndrome.
