Who can take part

  • You have stage IV or stage III liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have not had any previous systemic anti-cancer treatment, including immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or herbal medicine.
  • Your liver function is relatively good (Child-Pugh score of 7 or less).
  • Your blood counts and kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are willing to use birth control during and for 6 months after the study.
