Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have had long COVID symptoms (like tiredness, chest pain, or trouble breathing) for at least 2 months, starting 3 months after your COVID infection.
  • A special heart ultrasound shows your heart muscle isn't squeezing as well as it should.
  • You do not have a history of serious heart disease, cancer, kidney failure, or other major health problems that would make breathing training unsafe.
