Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with long COVID (Post-COVID-19 Syndrome).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are able to read and understand the study information.
  • Your daily activities are limited (for example, you get tired easily or need a little help with some tasks).
  • Any other health problems you have (like high blood pressure or diabetes) are well-controlled.
  • You do not have a recent heart attack, blood clot, or a condition that makes walking or exercise unsafe.
