Who can take part

  • Your main problem is anxiety or depression.
  • You do not have PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, psychosis, serious suicidal thoughts, or an intellectual disability.
  • You are not currently in therapy, or you can pause it with your therapist's okay.
  • You can safely use virtual reality (no epilepsy, ear problems, heart disease, or pregnancy).
  • You can communicate in Spanish or Catalan.
