  • You are a female between 13 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with depression by a psychiatrist.
  • Your depression is mild to moderate (scoring 11–30 on a depression questionnaire).
  • You are interested in using virtual reality to help with your mental health.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 15.5 and 24.9.
