Who can take part
- Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for at least 12 months
- Use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)
- Your CGM wear is less than 70% of the time OR you give yourself insulin boluses 3 or fewer times a day
- Have a smartphone to receive updates and motivation
- A parent or guardian must be willing to join the study and fill out surveys
