Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your cancer must be advanced (spread or come back) and not responding to or not eligible for standard treatments.
  • You need to be in generally good health (able to care for yourself) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • Your organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) must be working well enough.
  • You cannot have uncontrolled brain metastases, another active cancer, or a recent heart attack or stroke.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study.
