Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed advanced solid tumor with a KRAS G12D mutation.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (and 75 or younger for some parts of the study).
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after standard treatments, or you cannot have standard treatments.
  • You must be in good general health, with daily activities mostly unaffected.
  • You must not have had certain cancer treatments or radiation in the past few weeks.
  • You must not have other serious lung, heart, or brain conditions.
