  • Your child is healthy enough to be classified as ASA 1 or 2 (a rating the doctor gives based on their overall health).
  • Your child is scheduled for a planned (non-emergency) surgery.
  • You and your child (if old enough) agree to take part and sign a consent form.
  • Your child is 10 years old or younger.
