Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) and have a blood clot or tumor blockage in the main vein of your liver or in the vein that drains the liver.
- You are between 18 and 90 years old.
- You have not had immunotherapy with drugs like Keytruda (pembrolizumab) or other PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors before.
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh score A5, A6, B7, or B8) and your blood counts are at safe levels.
- You are able to do daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0-2) and are expected to live at least one more month.
