Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have hepatitis D virus (HDV) in your blood for at least 6 months.
  • You have cirrhosis (scarred liver) that is still working well (no severe complications like fluid buildup or bleeding).
  • You started treatment with bulevirtide (BLV) alone between September 2019 and 2025.
  • You have not been treated with peginterferon alfa (PegIFN).
