  • You have chronic hepatitis D with stable liver disease (Child-Pugh class A)
  • You have had a positive HDV RNA test in the last 6 months
  • You are already taking medication for hepatitis B
  • You are starting Bulevirtide within 30 days of joining the study
  • You are 18 or older and have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics in the past month
