Who can take part
- You must have triple-negative breast cancer (confirmed by biopsy).
- Your tumor must be larger than 2 cm, or have spread to lymph nodes under the arm, or be too large for breast-conserving surgery.
- You must be 18 years or older and in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You must not have had chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation for any cancer in the past 12 months.
- You must not have serious heart problems, poorly controlled high blood pressure, or a chronic lung condition like interstitial lung disease.
- You must not have an active autoimmune disease or be taking high-dose steroids or other immunosuppressants.
