Modified immune cells for advanced solid tumors

Advanced Solid Tumor

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (gamma-delta T cells that have been modified to target PD-1) for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these cells can help your immune system fight the cancer.

Targeted immune cell therapy for solid tumors after surgery and chemo

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (dendritic cells) that is designed to target specific proteins found on cancer cells. It is for people with certain solid tumors who have already had surgery and at least 4 cycles of standard chemotherapy after surgery.

NCT05831033Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Your own immune T-cells to treat advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests a treatment made from your own tumor-fighting immune cells (TIL cells) for advanced solid cancers that have worsened or no longer respond to standard therapy. The main goal is to learn whether it is safe and whether it can shrink tumors for people who have limited options.

Custom immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This study tests a new treatment that uses your own immune cells, called TIL, to fight advanced solid tumors. It may be given alone or with another drug that helps the immune system attack cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and effective for people who have already tried other treatments.
