Who can take part

  • Age between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has grown despite standard therapy or you cannot have standard therapy
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (at least 1 cm or about the size of a pea)
  • You are able to take care of yourself most of the day (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months afterward
