Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have a solid tumor cancer (not blood cancer) that is advanced or has spread, and you've tried standard treatment or can't tolerate it.
- You must be able to provide a tumor tissue sample or a recent biopsy report, and a blood sample.
- You must be generally well and able to carry out light activities (performance status 0 or 1).
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (by scan or exam).
- You cannot have untreated or active brain metastases, or certain serious health conditions.
