- You have advanced or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) confirmed by biopsy or cell examination
- Your cancer has failed standard therapy, you couldn't tolerate it, or no standard therapy exists for your cancer type
- You are 18–75 years old
- You can provide tumor tissue samples or blood samples (or have prior test reports available)
- Your overall health and organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts) are adequate
- You have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging
