Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) confirmed by biopsy or cell examination
  • Your cancer has failed standard therapy, you couldn't tolerate it, or no standard therapy exists for your cancer type
  • You are 18–75 years old
  • You can provide tumor tissue samples or blood samples (or have prior test reports available)
  • Your overall health and organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts) are adequate
  • You have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging
