Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatment or for which no standard treatment is available.
  • You are able to walk and care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor (by scan).
  • Your blood counts (white cells, platelets, hemoglobin) are good enough without recent support.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood clotting functions are adequate.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments within specific time windows before starting this study.
  • You are willing to avoid pregnancy or fathering children during the study and for 6 months after.
  • You have not had severe immune reactions to prior immunotherapy or other key exclusion conditions.
  • You do not have active brain metastases requiring treatment, uncontrolled infections, or recent serious heart or blood vessel problems.
