Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old and recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
  • Your cancer type is ER-positive and HER2-negative, with a Ki-67 score of 20% or higher, meaning it is likely to grow quickly.
  • Your tumor is at a stage where surgery is planned, and it is considered high-risk (for example, larger than 2 cm or has spread to nearby lymph nodes).
  • You are in generally good health with normal organ function, as determined by standard blood tests.
  • You have a tumor sample available for testing and have at least one measurable tumor on scans.
