Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your cancer is a type called MSS/pMMR adenocarcinoma (not MSI-H/dMMR).
- The cancer is locally advanced in the colon or upper rectum and cannot be treated with radiation.
- You have not had any previous chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for this cancer.
- You are able to take oral medications and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts).
