- You have been diagnosed with colorectal adenocarcinoma (a type of colorectal cancer).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer is considered locally advanced (stage T3-4a or N1-2) and has not spread to distant organs.
- Your tumor is pMMR (proficient mismatch repair), meaning it has a normal repair system for DNA.
- You are able to undergo chemotherapy and have no major organ diseases like severe heart, lung, or kidney problems.
