Who can take part
- You are able to do all your daily activities without help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your breast cancer can be removed with surgery, and it has not spread to other parts of your body.
- You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or targeted therapy before or after surgery.
- You have never taken medication for high cholesterol, and your LDL cholesterol is below 3.4 mmol/L.
- You do not have a fatty liver (confirmed by ultrasound or CT scan).
- You have no serious problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys.
