Who can take part
- Diagnosed with breast cancer at stage I, II, or III (not stage IV/metastatic)
- Planning to receive chemotherapy and/or HER2-targeted therapy as part of your cancer treatment
- Baseline heart function (ejection fraction) is normal or near-normal (≥50%)
- No prior chemotherapy or other heart-toxic drugs
- No existing heart failure or serious heart disease
- Age 18 or older and able to consent and attend follow-up appointments
