Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with breast cancer at stage I, II, or III (not stage IV/metastatic)
  • Planning to receive chemotherapy and/or HER2-targeted therapy as part of your cancer treatment
  • Baseline heart function (ejection fraction) is normal or near-normal (≥50%)
  • No prior chemotherapy or other heart-toxic drugs
  • No existing heart failure or serious heart disease
  • Age 18 or older and able to consent and attend follow-up appointments
