Who can take part
- You have confirmed stage I to III breast cancer (including inflammatory breast cancer), and HER2-targeted therapy is planned
- You are age 18 or older
- Your baseline heart pumping function is good (LVEF is 50% or higher on an ultrasound/echocardiogram)
- You are not currently taking statins, and you have not had prior HER2-targeted treatment or anthracycline chemotherapy
- Your blood counts and organ tests (liver and kidneys) are within acceptable ranges
- You can attend study visits and give written informed consent
