Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (stages I to III).
  • You are scheduled to have surgery to remove your prostate.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 35.
  • You are not receiving chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or radiation therapy before surgery.
  • You are able to do an exercise program (no physical limitations).
  • You do not currently exercise more than 300 minutes per week (about 5 hours) of moderate-to-vigorous activity.
