Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have pancreatic cancer (a type called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) that is borderline resectable (may be removable after treatment)
- You are currently getting chemotherapy before surgery, with plans for radiation and surgery afterward
- You are able to be up and about (ECOG score 0 to 2)
- You do not currently do regular strength training (like lifting weights) twice a week
- You do not have unstable heart or lung disease, a recent injury, severe pain (7/10 or higher), or a muscle condition that prevents exercise
