Mindfulness for heart-brain health in adults 50-70

This study tests whether a daily mindfulness practice can help older adults improve how their heart and brain work together. You will do breathing exercises at home and come to USC twice for check-ups, including blood and urine tests and an MRI.

  • You are Black/African-American or White/European-American
  • You can read and speak English fluently
  • You have reliable internet (WiFi), a working email, and a phone that gets texts
  • You are willing to do up to 50 minutes of daily activities at home for 10 weeks and visit USC twice for blood, urine, and an MRI
