Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with IBS by your doctor using standard criteria (Rome IV).
  • Your stomach or bowel symptoms seem to be related to eating food.
  • You are willing and able to fill out questionnaires and follow the study rules.
  • You have not had major digestive surgery (removing your appendix or gallbladder is okay).
  • You do not have a known food allergy based on standard allergy tests.
  • You do not have other serious health conditions like active cancer, diabetes, or serious heart, liver, or kidney disease.
