Who can take part
- You have some baby teeth still present with enough root left, or your permanent teeth are coming in but the second molars aren't fully in yet.
- You have a crossbite on one or both sides, or your upper jaw is narrower than your lower jaw by at least 3 millimeters.
- Your upper and lower jaws are either aligned or your upper jaw is slightly behind (Class I or Class II bite).
- You're willing to follow the study procedures and consent to take part.
- You don't have any major health problems, facial differences, or a severe underbite (Class III).
- If you're in the mixed-dentition stage, you have no more than two heavily filled baby or permanent first molars.
