Who can take part
- Your cancer must be advanced (spread or cannot be removed by surgery) and express a protein called EGFR on its surface.
- You must have tried at least two previous treatments, and one of them must be a targeted therapy.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured with scans.
- You must be feeling well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must have normal heart, kidney, liver, and blood function, and your oxygen level must be 92% or higher on room air.
- You cannot have had a certain type of cell therapy that targets EGFR before, and you cannot have active infections, untreated brain tumors, or a history of organ transplant or other cancers that are not cured.
