Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a solid tumor cancer that has come back or spread and is not responding to standard treatments.
- Your tumor must test positive for a protein called EGFR (or if you have colorectal cancer, a certain gene pattern is acceptable).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and is larger than 1 cm.
- You must be well enough to be out of bed at least part of the day (ECOG score 0–3).
- You cannot be pregnant or have certain serious heart, lung, or immune system conditions.
